Big brother Britain- Is privacy dead?

With all the Spy gadgets and spy equipment out there to buy, we have to ask the question of have we gone too far? Have we become that paranoid that we need to spy on everyone? The technology is becomming cheaper to buy for more people, and smaller so cameras can fit in something like a pen. And the gadgets are so cheap as to be brought by people just for a laugh, it is cheap enough to be considered by people with a purpose to using it.

So how does this gear benefit us? So you need evidence of vandals destroying your property or a cheating partner this is they way to do it -recordings are proof enough in court. The people who get the most use out of it are businesses trying to deter theft internally and externally.

But what about when the equipment is used for spying on someone? We need to use this equipment sensibly so not to invade peoples privacy, but when is that line being crossed? It is possible to record a persons movements all day with all the gps vehicle tracking, phone spying software and hidden cameras that are now available. So are we going overboard with all this spying equipment? Were already worried that the government is watching our every move, but now we have to worry about if our friends and family are spying on us to? We must make sure that while using such devices to protect ourselves that we dont turn the country into a ‘Big brother state’, where only the privacy in the inside of our heads is all we have left. Awsome stuff I say
