Can I be on the internet with a laptop computer in a house that has no computers?

The cell phone companies and it is wimax available otherwise you can purchase an air card through the cell.

Yes, as long as you have/are near a WLAN (wireless local area network) so that means you might can snatch a few waves from your neighbors if you’re lucky!
