Do stores sell subwoofers for desktop computers? I already have good speakers but just want to buy a subwoofer

Dan W asked: Right now i currently have Bose Companion 2 speakers but want to buy a subwoofer to get more bass. Would it be possible to just buy a compatible subwoofer? How much do they run? Does anyone know of a good kind?Bill
