Is Ivideo only compatible with Apple computers?

I recently finished editing and producing a short movie with a filmmakers workshop held in my town. I noticed they were all using Apple computers. I would like to take all the clips that weren’t used and make an “un-cut” version. Any suggestions? That doesn’t cost too much.
