What price level is best for a monthly computer maintenence service?

I want to offer a service to maintain PC users computers. This is a proactive method, ensure things like Anti-virus, anti-spyware is running properly, security updates complete. Most work done remotely by logging in through the client modem/router to the PC.

Current client has 5 children, and wants their activity monitored, parents are not computer literate. I have the methods, the skills, and the tools to check all activities and security components on today’s PC’s.
Will people pay $19.95/month for me to ensure the computer stays running (longer) than it would without the service? Not guaranteed if they do certain “bad” things..”, disable anti-virus, use lots of file sharing (viruses..), etc. Alerts on the above.
Would also offer a discount on services, like upgrades, free email support, install new software, trip charge, recommendations, hardware replace – all discounted deeply with plan.
What do you think? Is there a set of services and a price level that will sell > $10/mo.

For making sure nothing goes wrong then it will cost more for the software and youre responsible for the software and youre responsible for any repairs or such.
For making sure nothing goes wrong then you keep up their own software if they use their own software and something.

I would try out maybe 10-15 a month and see how that goes and adjust accordingly.
